Our comprehensive event management software can be used to manage a wide range of events including; conferences, training courses and seminars

Event Details
This section of the software enables you to input a range of information about the event, including titles, descriptions, booking deadlines and conferences rates:

  • Unlimited space for event and venue descriptions
  • Display pictures and directions of the event venue and accommodation with website links
  • Display event and sponsor logos and create links to sponsor websites
  • Provide your own terms and conditions, cancellation and liability clauses
  • Personalise your own confirmation emails

Attendee Details
Our attendee management module enables us to capture all necessary information surrounding your delegates from dietary requirements to marketing information:

  • Choose which fields you want to display from a whole range of options
  • Set up unlimited attendee types i.e. speaker, exhibitor, member, student
  • Set up different rates for different delegate types including early bird pricing
  • Set up passwords for free or sponsored places
  • Facility to set limits and monitor the number of event places available
  • Whole range of field options to display re attendee requirements including how did you hear about the event, catering and any special requirements, requests for visas and letters of invitation, requests for financial support and bursaries
  • Create our own fields in order to ask for additional information

Sessions, Social Events, Partner Programmes and Excursions
This module is used to detail any travel arrangements associated with the sessions and social events that you have arranged. For example, your conference dinner may be taking place at a different location to your conference and coaches may be required to transport people to the dinner:

  • Set up unlimited number of breakout sessions and social events
  • The software prevents users from booking sessions which take place at the same time
  • Provide descriptions, dates, times, location, prices, number of available places for each event
  • Include information about travel arrangements e.g. coach transfers for social events
  • Facility to create table seating plans for dinners

Accommodation
This section is used to detail any accommodation requirements associated with your event, in addition to accepting secure payments for accommodation, the system enables us to:

  • Set up unlimited number of accommodation options with detailed descriptions
  • Include pictures of hotels and bedrooms
  • Provide different room rates for different days and various bedroom types
  • Manage room sharing
  • Option to request payment for accommodation
  • Automated sending of accommodation reservation numbers
  • Option to hide this section if accommodation is not required


Booking Transport
This section is used to set up and capture any travel arrangements associated with the event, such as personal travel requirements, venues and costs:

  • Capture your attendees' personal travel preferences
  • Make flight requests/Facilitate airport transfers
  • Arrange transport to and from the event venue and accommodation
  • Request car hire, car parking
  • Create our own additional fields if required

Taking Secure Payments
This module enables quick, secure collection of payments and refunds.
We can have any number of payment options for your event:

  • Option to take payments at time of booking or produce an invoice
  • Produces automated invoices, complete with Purchase Order Number, emailed direct to booker
  • Displays payment instructions and refund policies
  • Facility to process credit card payments online, subject to credit card charge

  • Completed and incomplete registrations
  • Attendee lists
  • Amended and cancelled registrations
  • Session and social events attendee details
